During the regular Board of Education meeting held on Monday evening, Bartlesville Public Schools received the prestigious "Best-in-Class" award from Cenergistic for their remarkable achievement in reducing energy use across the district by 35%, resulting in savings of $1,419,017. This remarkable accomplishment underscores the district's commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management. Furthermore, the Cenergistic Community Scholarship granted the Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation a generous sum of $2,500, highlighting the positive impact of this partnership on the local community. In 2019, Bartlesville Public Schools joined forces with Cenergistic, a leading energy conservation platform, to initiate their comprehensive energy program. The program's effectiveness is measured through energy use savings, which carefully assesses the impact of various factors, such as weather, unit cost, and other independent variables, on utility consumption and costs.
