Congratulations to Hoover Elementary Principal Tiffany Holmes, who was named the 2025 Emerging Star in Education by the Young Professionals of Bartlesville at its Emerging Stars Under 40 Blue Gala on April 4, 2025.
Ms. Holmes has 14 years of teaching experience in the elementary and middle school levels and was the Assistant Principal at Ranch Heights Elementary for the 2021-2022 school year before being named the Principal at Hoover in 2022. She has a bachelor's degree from OSU and a master's degree from SWOSU.
