Bartlesville Public Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Gloria Castillo as the new Head Pom Coach at Bartlesville High School. With a wealth of experience in the field, Castillo brings knowledge and expertise to the role.
Castillo was previously the Assistant Pom Coach at BHS since June 2023. Castillo has also coached at CSM All Star Dance Program in Bartlesville and Tulsa, OK, where she taught students a broad range of dance styles, including jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and pom. She has experience as a special dance judge for Booker T. Washington Pom and as a production assistant on various film and television projects.
Castillo is a graduate of Bartlesville High School, where she was recognized as Student of the Year and recipient of the Craig Woods Scholarship while serving as Captain of the pom squad.
