At the baseball-themed Bruins of the Year event on April 17, 2025, Ashlee Hightower was honored as the Teacher of the Year for Bartlesville High School. The aviation teacher was introduced by student Addison Williams.
Mathematics teacher Michael Wood was honored as the school's Rising Star Teacher, an award for teachers with one to four years of experience which he also earned in 2023.
Nurse Rebecca Bailey was recognized as the school's Classified Person of the Year.
Social studies teacher Grant Screppel was also recognized as the District Secondary Rookie Teacher of the Year.
