Hoover Popcorn Cart

The Parent Support Group at Hoover had provided a replacement popcorn machine for the school, but none of the school's carts could accommodate it. So Hoover grandparent and retired Madison Middle School science teacher Theresa Miller recruited Willie Stultz and John Henderson of Caney, Kansas to fabricate a sturdy custom steel cart for it. John is the husband of retired BHS science teacher Betty Henderson.

Popcorn day at Hoover is held each month, and the machine is also used for fundraisers such as Bingo Night. Pictured are Hoover Principal Tiffany Holmes, Hoover grandparent Theresa Miller, Willie Stultz, and John Henderson.
